We visited this hotel in summer, though it is probably better to visit in winter. The hotel consists of lots of cabins (“igloos”) each of which has a large windows that in winter allow you to see the night sky, in summer it lets you see the midnight sun, which may or may not be your thing. The hotel is near Santa’s village (maybe a 5 minute walk) so very convenient for this attractions. It is about a ten minute drive (or Uber ride) from the town. Staff were friendly and the room was very clean.

A Magical Experience at Santa's Igloos, Rovaniemi Finland! It's definitely one of the most exciting and unique places I've stayed in the world! I absolutely loved the glass igloo!! Falling asleep under the stars and watching the Northern Lights from bed was truly unforgettable. We were so lucky to see the auroras three nights in a row! The property has a great alarm system to notify you of aurora activity, which usually comes through an in-room iPad. One night, though, the alarm triggered the TV to turn on automatically, which gave me quite a scare-not something I expected, but it worked!

The heated floors and cozy fur blankets made the space wonderfully comfortable, and we were incredibly fortunate to upgrade to an igloo with a private sauna. The upgrade was worth every penny, also offering the best, unobstructed views. The property is gorgeous and peaceful, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A truly memorable experience-I highly recommend it!

閑散期に行きましたが、内装はおしゃれで、部屋からオーロラが見えて最高の思い出になりました。
ロビーのスタッフはどの方も優しく、日中の過ごし方に悩んでいたところ近くの観光地を教えてくれました。
部屋の掃除をしてくださった女の方はフレンドリーで丁寧な掃除をされていました。
タオルを交換して欲しい時は部屋のタブレットで連絡したらすぐに来てくれました。

Très chouette expérience. Nous y avons séjourné 3 jours et avons adoré la proximité au village du Père Noël et en pleine nature pour des balades. La neige était au rendez-vous. Le petit déjeuner et repas du soir sont variés avec de bons produits. Le soir il faut réserver. Un peu bruyant le soir car toujours plusieurs groupes de voyages organisés qui y mangent.

Vimos las auroras. El hotel te avisa inmediatamente en cuanto empiezan a aparecer, y me pareció excelente que apagaran las luces exteriores para que puedas apreciar mejor el brillo de las auroras.

Las habitaciones son de buen tamaño, cálidas y con una vista bonita.
El restaurante es bueno, con un desayuno variado tipo buffet y una cena de calidad.

El trato tanto de los recepcionistas como de los meseros es amable.
