Äänieristys erityisesti ulos on surkea - kaiken lokeista yön juhlijoihin kuulee selvästi, joten korvatulppia olisi tarvinnut. Astiat olivat niin likaisia, että ne täytyi ensitöiksi pestä. Suihkun lattia näytti siltä, ettei pesua ole tehty vähään aikaan. Plussaa jääkaapista ja astianpesukoneesta. Sinänsä toimiva ratkaisu, muttei hintansa väärti.

TLDR: Newish aparthotel; studio with kitchenette, shared, free laundry room, great location||Forenom Aparthotel Vaasa (Hovioikeudenpuistikko) is a newish aparthotel in the heart of Vaasa. The building is old and Forenom has two full floors. The others seemed to be in business use. The aparthotel was very quiet, but you can hear almost everything from the street (one night local young people were having a party there…….. couldn’t sleep with all that shouting and motor noise). The place is quite literally next to everything (market square, shopping malls).||We had studio for two, I was staying with my kid. We liked the room, although it wasn’t possible to change room temperature, so no AC, but they had some mechanical ventilation. We got our laundry dry, but the room was way too hot. Not the way you wake up sweaty, but the way you want to strip to your undies when you come ”home”. You couldn’t open windows (or at least should have had your own tool).||In case you wonder what an aparthotel is at Forenom:|• hotel room with kitchnette (fridge, wishwasher, oven, stove, micro, waterboiler, coffee machine) and own bathroom/toilet|• cleaned for you, cleaned after your stay (you need to take trashes and do your dishes)|• ready made bed etc|• you need to have your own coffee, tea, coffee filter, laundry detergent etc. There is toilet paper, soap, dishwasher, washing up liquid etc for few days, but if you’re staying more than week you’ll probably need to buy more|• code lock on doors (my kids LOVES this)|• free Wi-Fi ||Every room should have orange info leaflet, but ours was hid in the closed. We thought it was a bit hard to find the trash cans. When we found the leaflet, it said it’s in the A backyard, but who knows what stairway is A - these should ne marked more clearly inside the building. Well, it’s thw staircase that leads to Hovioikeudenpuistikko (there is code lock on outside the door, so you can get back that way - seems like you can get out any route).||Would definately stay at Forenom Vaasa again. Some tips: There is a K-Citymarket (big supermarket) next door, so no need to shop food on your way. We LOVED Café Aveny and Urban Pasta - they are both nearby and we warmly recommend to visit them.

Völlig ausreichend zum Schlafen und sogar um einige Wochen da zu leben. Betten sind sehr schmal. Sehr optimal eingerichtet mit Küche, Herd, Spülmaschine. Es war sehr leise. Hatten ein Zimmer zu einem Parkplatz raus. Aber auch vom Flur haben wir nichts gehört.
Es ist ein super Fön vorhanden und Handseife.
Ich war angenehm überrascht. Frühstücken waren wir in einem Hotel (Venn) nur 2min Fußweg entfernt.

The ventilation is real bad, no private air condition and the windows can’t open. The central ventilation is very weak.
Hardly feel an airflow.
Even worse is that there are cooking space inside.
I was waken by the fire alarm and people evacuate to the ground. Fireman came. The corridor has smoke and smells like bacon.

Hard to imagine people still cook in a closed area.

Very good apartments near city center, service is good, everything is near from apartments.
They provides laundry equipment and dish washer also.

Nice and cozy apartments. Apartment was clean and very modern. Laundry machine is included.
