Punti a favore: La casa è molto spaziosa, eravamo un gruppo di 6 persone. L'appartamento offre due camere matrimoniali, due cui 1 provvista di TV in camera, e una camera con due letti singoli. Soggiorno molto grande e cucina attrezzata. 10min a piedi dalla stazione e dalla fermata del bus. Noi abbiamo utilizzato Meneva per spostarci, servizio costoso, ma in 6 ci siamo divisi la spesa.

Punti NON a favore: L'appartamento non era molto pulito, molti punti luce sia in cucina che in soggiorno non funzionano. Interruttori della corrente molto caotici. Da rinnovare sicuramente piatti, bicchieri, stoviglie. Abbiamo trovato lavatrice e asciugatrice sporche, abbiamo dovuto pulirle per utilizzarle. Mozziconi di sigarette lasciate dai vecchi inquilini nel portico all'ingresso dell'appartamento. Nel interno della panca all'ingresso,, c'era addirittura vecchia spazzatura. Basterebbe veramente poca manutenzione per avere un appartamento da 5stelle

It was a nice place but the instructions to be let in weren’t good. We were told to collect keys from a hotel on the other side of Rovaniemi, when we arrived there they said the keys were at the house. We didn’t have a car so it was quite a long walk. Apart from that everything was great - nice to have a sauna, comfy beds and very clean house!

I had planned my trip to Rovaniemi a long time ago...a trip that was supposed to happend now at the end of march. Definately a place to visit with family and spend a great time. Unfortunately because of the war I decided to postpone it to october just to feel more confortable about the situation but the understanding of the hotel was just amazing....they told me NO to the changing dates that I request (I don't mind paying extra). I'm cancelling anyway but will never recommend a place like this EVER!!!!!

Nie byliśmy dokładnie w tym hotelu ale w domu który do hotelu należy. Dom 105 metrów, komfortowy, bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Cena bardzo atrakcyjna. Klimatyczne miejsce.
