Quite new hotel near the Helsinki-Vantaa airport. Very nice looking rooms, clean and comfy beds. Very quiet. Convenient location and very good service. Probably the best breakfest at this price category.

I always write honest reviews, so here is my experience. The hotel was amazing. I really liked the room design, very stylish loft style, modern and cozy at the same time. The bathtub was a big plus, it was so nice to relax there in the evening.
Breakfast deserves a special mention. I would give it 6 stars out of 5. There was a huge variety of food: yogurts, pancakes, English breakfast, Finnish breakfast, everything was tasty. There was even a whole fridge for people with special dietary needs. The coffee from the machine was good, and for a extra you could get cappuccino or latte. Everything was fresh and well prepared.
The staff was polite and helpful. Even though the hotel was quite full, there were no lines for the elevators because there are three big ones, so it was always easy and convenient. Everything worked smoothly.
And the design overall was just great. You can see it in the photos, but in real life it looks even better. Beautiful, stylish and comfortable.
Sleeping was comfortable, although I have to mention two small things. At first the room felt a bit cold, but there is a regulator, so I got up during the night and adjusted it and then it was fine. The pillows were quite big, for me and my partner they felt too high, but luckily there were smaller ones as well, so during the second half of the night I slept really well.
Overall, I was very happy with my stay. Thank you to the hotel for such a great experience.

Oh! One other thing…Parking costs 20€ per 24 h. So wasn’t cheapest…

Great hotel and easy and indoor access from the airport terminal. Very convenient, especially at wintertime. The hotel has a good restaurant on the top floor and good breakfast as well. In my opinion the best hotel at Helsinki airport.

Näkymäkiitoradalle tarkoittaa kuulemma tiettyjä huoneita sopivassa kerroksen kulmassa, kiitorataa siitä ei kyllä ainakaan neljännestä kerroksesta näy... No toivoa sai kuitenkin ja toive 'täytetty'... Kait täällä pari yötä punkkaa.

Erittäin ylellinen hotelli! Huone missä majoituin oli 5/5! Palvelut mitä käytin saavat saman arvosanan. Sijainti 4/5. Autolla liikuin ja oli pitkin poikin reissua majoituksen aikana. Miksi en anna 5 tähteä? Tottahan toki tämän tasoinen hotelli voisi olla helpommin saavutettavissa, mutta kaupungin äänet eivät häirinnyt joten vähän kaksi piippuinen asia tämä. Aamupala oli hyvää! Voin vaan kuvitella millaista se on kun ei ole sunnuntai!

Vierailuni tässä hotellissa oli erittäin ikävä kokemus. Jo sisäänkirjautumisen yhteydessä asiakaspalvelu oli epäystävällistä ja välinpitämätöntä. Sen sijaan, että henkilökunta olisi toivottanut tervetulleeksi, sain osakseni epäasiallista ja alentavaa kohtelua.

Tilanne paheni, kun huomasin, että minua kohdeltiin eri tavoin kuin muita asiakkaita – erityisesti ihonvärini/taustani vuoksi. Tämä rasistinen käytös on täysin anteeksiantamatonta ja kertoo paljon hotellin toimintakulttuurista. Hotellissa asioinnin pitäisi olla turvallinen ja miellyttävä kokemus kaikille, riippumatta asiakkaan ulkonäöstä tai alkuperästä.

Ei anetta varoitus yhtään, henkilökunta puhuin erittäin alentavasti eikä anna mahdollisuus yhtään.

On surullista, että muuten toimiva majoituspaikka voi kaatua näin huonoon palveluun ja syrjintään. En voi suositella tätä hotellia kenellekään, joka arvostaa tasa-arvoista kohtelua ja hyvää asiakaspalvelua.

Yksi yö vietettiin täällä ennen aamun lentoa. Junalla pääsee kätevästi lentokentälle ja sieltä näppärästi hotelliin. Sisäänkirjautuminen sujui nopeasti ja palvelu oli hyvää. Huone on mukava, siisteys näytti hyvältä, mutta oli kurja löytää siivousliina huoneen nurkasta lattialta ja roskia lattialta yöpöydän takana. Tarkoittaa siis että huone on siivottu vähän niin ja näin. Kaukosäädin puuttui huoneesta, se piti erikseen hakea vastaanotosta. Wc-bideesuihkua ei kylpyhuoneessa ollut, se oli hämmästys, kun se jokaisesta Suomen hotellista on löytynyt. Aamupala tarjoilu alkaa jo aamulla klo 4, mikä oli mahtava bonus, aamupalalla kaikkea mitä voi toivoa.

Top class hotel excellent staff and happy breakfast. Hotel railway station train every 10 minutes to city is great and the aviation museum 50 meters from the hotel is great for children. Walking distance to airport 15 minutes.
