Größter Vorteil der Unterkunft ist sicher die Nähe zum Bahnhof. Über den Parkplatz hinter dem Haus ist man auch mit Gepäck in 5-10 Minuten am Bahnhof. Auch in die Stadt ist es nicht allzuweit.
Ansonsten: In die Jahre gekommen. Unsere Betten waren gut. Frühstück o.k., alles wesentliche vorhanden, natürlich mit eingeschränkter Auswahl. Preis/Leistung passt (Appartement für 5 Personen mit 2 Schlafzimmern 30 Eur/Person mit Frühstück).

Leider keine weiterempfehlung,auch wenn der Service nett ist. Wir mussten verfrüht ausschecken. Die Unterkunft ist alt und würde wahrscheinlich sanitär noch niemals saniert seit vielen vielen Jahren. Der Schimmel sammelt sich im Bad . Die Betten sind unbequem. Der Abfluss riecht . Da sich mein Partner nach einer Nacht krank fühlte, verließen wir die Unterkunft. Wir hoffen auf eine Rückzahlung....

Vorsicht beim Buchen. Die Bilder und Bewertungen passen nicht zum echten Zustand der Unterkunft. Bereits von außen in die Jahre gekommen, zeigen sich die Zimmer als winzig, veraltet und das Bad kaputt, dreckig und schimmlig. Wir sind nach einer Nacht im unbequemen kleinen Bett sofort wieder abgereist (vorzeitig) und hoffen auf eine Rückerstattung. Die Zimmer sind eine Zumutung. Es riecht im ganzen Gebäude muffig. Ich habe sofort auf den Dreck und Schimmel angeschlagen und mich krank und verrotz gefühlt am nächsten Tag. Gefahr für die Gesundheit! Die Zimmer wie auch das ganze Haus sind ein einziger Renovierungsstau. Die Bilder und viele der Bewertungen beziehen sich auf andere Hotels bzw auf ein einziges Apartment das im Haus wohl mal neu gemacht wurde. Der Rest ist aus den 80ern.
Frühstück so lieblos und mager wie die Zimmer.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. They tried their best to communicate with me by Google translate.

The location might be challenging for you to carry a luggage to Rovaniemi station in the winter. Luckily, the supermarket market is quite near.

The room was totally fine to have a safe and quiet space to sleep well.

By the way, they did not provide luggage keeping for before and after check-in.

Me encantó, fue muy acogedor el lugar, cerca del centro, cerca del aeropuerto, la personas que atienden muy amables.
Me hospedé junto con mi papá, si se camina un poco para llegar al centro pero sigue estando a corta distancia.

It was a suitable place to stay to experience the Northern Lights tours in Rovaniemi. The location is just a few minutes walk from the train station. The airport shuttle can be accessed by this property. Plenty of taxis ply around too. ||I liked the fact that my tour operator for Northern Lights tour picked me up from here. This hotel was the cheapest I could find in Rovaniemi in a busy season. The rooms are small with a small bed. It was enough space for one person. It has a small bathroom and shower. The heating was a little on the colder side. ||There is parking for rental cars in the back and breakfast came with the room and it was sufficient. The owner is also the reception and was pretty helpful.||If you come outside of the reception times, the keys are left in a post box, It takes a little bit of jiggling of the keys to get them working.

Für 1 Nacht akzeptabel. Zimmer sind wsrm, lüften nur durch kleines Fenster möglich. Zum Glück gab es einen Ventilator.
