The location was great, and the atmosphere was nice and cozy. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The value for money was acceptable. We also appreciated that we did not hear any noise during our stay. The service overall was good, although the restaurant could improve. The staff there did not seem to work well together, and it was noticeable that the atmosphere among them was not very positive. Better teamwork and a more welcoming attitude would make the restaurant experience much better.

The staff were very friendly. Check-in was quick and easy. We loved the breakfast in the restaurant with a wide variety of options. The Ice Bar was very creative. The short walk to the lake offered a beautiful fog over the lake and swans nearby. It was a neat experience to sleep in the igloo. We didn't see the Northern Lights because it was cloudy, but it was cool to lay in the bed and look up at the clouds passing over.

All the staff have been super friendly here. Food has been amazing at Kota restaurant. Our stay also included a private sauna and hot tub experience, ice carving and a trip to santas village. The staff have been great with accommodations, our sauna was scheduled to start at 10:30pm, which is too late for us on a travel day, the staff were great to change accommodations and were able to change it earlier for us. We stayed in a glass igloo, the twin igloo is perfect sized for 2 people. We definitely will be returning to try the winter experience.

It was our first visit and their service was really good.Friendly, clean, quiet, dark enough to see beautiful aurora! I would give them more than five if there were more than five stars! Also i recommend privacy sauna and jacuzzi!!!

Iglu für eine Nacht im September inkl. Abendessen im Restaurant und Führung hinter die Kulissen.
Hier stimmt einfach alles. Das Personal ist super freundlich und sehr professionell, die Iglus sind sauber, modern und bieten einen herrlichen Blick auf etwaige Polarlichter - der Himmel wird während der Dunkelheit permanent überwacht und beim Erscheinen von Polarlichtern wird jedes Iglu auf Wunsch mit einem Buzzer alarmiert (kann auch ausgeschaltet werden).
Das Abendessen im Restaurant war sehr lecker und das Ambiente wunderbar (am Feuer). Die beste Reisezeit für diese Anlage ist ganz klar im Winter, aber der Aufenthalt Ende September war es trotzdem absolut Wert!

Rovaniemi’deki Buz Oteli gerçekten çok sıra dışı ve unutulmaz bir deneyim sunuyor. Otel her yıl kış aylarında yeniden inşa ediliyor ve havalar ısınınca tamamen eriyor. Tüm yapılar; odalar, duvarlar, yataklar hatta bazı dekoratif eşyalar tamamen buz ve kardan oluşuyor. Otelde kesinlikle hiçbir ısıtma sistemi yok. Isı sabit ve sürekli eksi derecelerde. Sadece yatakların üzerine serilmiş kalın kürkler ve özel uyku tulumlarıyla geceyi geçirebiliyorsunuz.

Açıkçası bana göre burada konaklamak kolay değil. İnanılmaz soğuk! Sadece kürklerle sıcak kalmak pek mümkün gibi gelmedi. Zaten içeride gezerken bile sürekli burnunuzun ucunu hissedemiyorsunuz. Deneyimlemek çok keyifli ama sanırım benim için burada bir gece geçirmek değil, güzel bir akşam yemeği yemek veya otelin içini gezmek daha mantıklı olurdu.

Bazı odalar kapalıydı çünkü sıcaklık dengesine göre ya henüz tamamlanmamış ya da kullanım dışıydı. Ama içeride gezmek gerçekten büyüleyici. Buzdan oyulmuş heykeller, ışıklandırmalar, duvar süslemeleri inanılmaz etkileyici. Her köşe ayrı bir sanat eseri gibiydi.

Yine de orada konaklayan insanlar vardı. Bu deneyimi yaşayanlar için gerçekten unutulmaz bir anı olabilir. Ama ben kendi adıma söyleyeyim; kalmak bana göre değildi. Yine de böyle farklı, doğanın ve insan yaratıcılığının birleştiği bir yeri görmek kesinlikle tavsiye edilir.

The hotel is amazing! We slept in one of the igloos, the first night we saw the northern lights and it was a beautiful sight.
Breakfast is very good and very complete. However, at lunchtime the menu is quite short and the food is rather basic, but for one or two days it's great.
I recommend it!
