Low-level hotel.
We arrived at the hotel as part of a group, the room itself is nice and equipped with a TV. Some of the bedding had stains and there was a hair on one of the towels in the shower. The shower itself is very small with a claustrophobic feeling. One of the rooms we were given had no door to the shower, which forced us to change rooms.
The breakfast was good and varied, but the dinner was not varied and of a really low standard. I will probably not return to this hotel.

Super friendly staff. We stayed in a different accommendation where we could not leave our luggage after check out. The lady at the reception in the Scandic helped us as we stayed before two nights in the Scandic in Tromso. Thank you so much.

Our stay at this historic hotel from 1936 was delightful! The room was spacious with excellent heating, making it a cozy retreat after a day out. The reception staff were polite and very attentive, always ready to assist with any request. Breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options to start the day right.||The hotel is impressively well-maintained for its age, preserving its charm while offering modern comforts. The views from the property are stunning, and the shower in our room was fantastic. The only downside was that the pool wasn’t heated, which would have been a nice touch, especially during colder weather.||Overall, it’s a great place to stay, combining history, comfort, and exceptional service!||

Faltou só um pouco de simpatia dos empregados de limpeza. Os quartos estavam limpos quando chegamos, mas durante os dias que estivemos nunca limparam o chão. Só esticavam a manta por cima da cama, nem sacudiam nada. Mas é um hotel minimamente confortável.

This place is a mix between a Holiday Inn, and a Ritz Carlton. It’s confusing. The location to everything is Ritz status, but the hotel itself feels more like a $400+ night Holiday Inn.

We stayed during a very busy time when everyone is visiting Santa, and all of the other hotels were sold out.

Staff was attentive and helpful. Breakfast buffet in the morning was great, with gluten free options. Pool was great feature - it’s massive. Men’s sauna wasn’t that warm.

Kids play area was cute downstairs when the kids from the tour buses didn’t ravage it.

Overall, this place isn’t terrible, and it has decent amenities, but I wouldn’t stay here if other hotels in the area are available, or this place is significantly cheaper.

Tranquillo Hotel in centro a Rovaniemi, si mangia e si dorme bene c'è anche la sauna e una piscina interna.
E' situato in un posto strategico,dove a pochi passi puoi vedere la fantastica Aurora boreale( tempo e fortuna permettendo).
Vicino c'è il famoso villaggio di Babbo Natale situato nel confie con il circolo polare artico.
Da qui vengono anche organizzate gite sulle motoslitte e safari con gli hasky.
Personale gentile e professionale.
Da provare una volta nella vita.

Nous avons passé 5 jours dans cet hôtel. L’hôtel est très bien placé par rapport au centre ville. Oui mais :|- la gentillesse du personnel de l’accueil est très variable. |- la propreté de l’établissement ne correspond pas à celle d’un hôtel. Au mieux une auberge de jeunesse. Quand je suis allée demander à la réception pourquoi depuis 2 jours la chambre n’était pas faite pour enlever la poubelle de couches du bébé on m’a répondu « mais madame le ménage n’est pas faite chaque jour ici » ok fin bon il y a des limite. Les taches sur les nappes le jour de l’arrivée sont encore là le jour du départ. |J’espère que la piscine elle au moins est lavé. |- ne pas aller dans la pièce de jeu pour enfant qui est la pièce la plus sale de l’hôtel. |- chambre confortable. |- restaurant correct mais refus de changer des frites pour les enfants par de la purée (c’est un détail mais c’est pas cool)

I stayed three nights in late November, just ahead of “Santa Season” and was happy with my booking.||The hotel has been here for years, which shows in some elements but nothing that really affects the enjoyment of your stay. My favourite part of staying was the 20m pool and sauna facilities which allowed for a great way to wind down in the evening before dinner.||Breakfast was reasonable with a wide choice of food, although I’d personally like some coffee options beyond filter.||The room (223) was quite big with no issues beyond a bedside lamp bulb. The beds were firm but comfortable.
