Una experiencia increíble. Los alojamientos son perfectos, casi todos con su sauna, y la comida muy buena; las rutas preciosas y muy bien organizadas, y la atención, simpatía y paciencia de los guías inmejorable. El lugar y la familia que regenta el negocio son muy acogedores.|Repetiremos!

We visited Anne and Hannu in February/March this year. The Family who runs the tours is very friendly and welcoming. Change of plans is no problem for the organizers and they do really a lot to feel you comfortable. The appartements in which you stay are clean and spacious. We did a Sauna allmost every evening!||Also the food is very nice cooked by Marc. I could not imagine better service. There was always fresh salat, main dish and dessert. The cross country tours are never the same and includes some mountains, deep forest, lakes, amazing views ect. Five of Five Stars!

Wir machten die 150km 6 Zage Langlauf Skitour in einer 12 Personen Gruppe. Sehr gut organisiert, außergewöhnlich freundliche und flexible Gastgeber und Führer. Es war ein großartiges Landschaftserlebnis abseits jeden Touristenrummels inclusive gutem Essen und sportlicher Herausforderungen.

Das Gästehaus liegt relativ einsam an einem See. Es ist einfach eingerichtet, unser (riesiges) Zimmer erinnerte uns mehr an eine Jugendherberge als an ein Hotel. Aber: alles funktionierte, das Duschwasser war reichlich und heiß, die Matratze war bequem und die Bettwäsche sauber. Es gibt einen großen Aufenthaltsraum, in dem auch gegessen wird, dort und am Kamin haben wir uns viel aufgehalten und Zeit mit unseren Mitreisenden verbracht. Sehr gemütlich! Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, haben uns viel erzählt über Land und Leute. Das Essen war einfach, aber lecker, ich denke, es war lappländische Hausmannskost, was uns gut gefiel - besser als der "europäische Einheitsbrei" in vielen Hotels. Es gab keinen Alkohol, nicht einmal zu Silvester, aber das hat keinen unserer Reisegruppe gestört. Tee, Kaffee, Limonade und Wasser standen immer zur Verfügung. Wir haben eine tolle Woche verbracht und können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

Fell Trek is a professional tour organizer in the Levi region. They have specialized in winter activities and offer well organised skiing hikes in the fells (Ylläs-Pallas-Hetta). There are tours for the beginners but also more demanding tours for the skiers. The tours can last even one week and you get to see so many different parts of the nature and culture in Lapland. Their cottages are fantastic and the food - wow it is amazing. They know how to use local products which they are collecting by themselves. Very well guided tours will stay in your mind and make you fall in love with the arctic life.

I took part in the 150 km Rauhala-Pallas-Hetta ski trek from Feb 15 to Feb 22. We were a group of 12 people coming from various european countries, age 23 to 70+. I booked directly through the website feelthenature.fi price was 840 € including full boarding and transportation to/from Kittila Airport, ski rental was 72 € for the week. The experience was extremely positive, we ended up skiing about 165 km in 6 days through varied (white) landscapes, had plenty of good food to fuel our legs, all accomodations were basic but very nice and comfortable, sauna was available every night. Only one of the houses we stayed in did not have electricity or running water but the experience was even more amazing. The Rauhala family who runs the business will take great care of you, I can't recommend this kind of vacation strongly enough.

Viaggio organizzato di 4 giorni con escursioni in motoslitta e slitte trainate dai cani e dalle renne.||Il Fell Trek ci è piaciuto molto, ha una location indimenticabile: è costituito da alcuni cottage in mezzo al bosco sulla riva di un lago, il luogo è molto tranquillo e silenzioso. Il proprietario è stato molto accogliente e disponibile ai cambi di programma che abbiamo richiesto. Si vive la vacanza in un ambiente molto famigliare. Veramente carino.

Nous sommes partis une semaine à Rauhala, et, en sommes revenus ravis. Notre première expérience de la marche en raquette a été très positive, d'autant plus que nous étions accompagnés par un guide attentionné, professionnel,... avec qui nous avons eu de nombreuses informations sur la Laponie. Sa femme a été également aux petits soins avec des plats typiques, variés et délicieux pour les repas du soir, un petit déjeuner copieux et diversifié, et, pour le déjeuner, des sandwichs que nous préparions (agrémentés de saucisses cuites au feu de bois dans les cottages où nous déjeunions: un vrai régal). Nous avons eu la chance de voir une aurore boréale le premier soir, d'autant plus que le reste du séjour a été très neigeux. Malgré ce temps, les paysages sont magnifiques avec une végétation gorgée de neige. Les points forts de ce séjour sont le calme du lieu, la gentillesse du couple nous accueillant, les sympathiques discussions avec eux,...
