I recently stayed at YourHotels near Lappeenranta, and it truly is a hidden gem for budget travelers. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home.

Один из самых не дорогих отелей в этой локации. У хозяина есть отдельный номер с барбекю, и 7 номером с общей кухней, и 2 санузлами. В номере было тепло и чисто. Рядом есть красивое озеро, хозяин нам разоешил взять лодку.

Забронировал на букинге. Оплату сняли добавив 30 евро за уборку. По прибытии в ящике, согласно инструкции, нашёл ключ который был непонятно от какого номера. Обратная связь с администратором отсутствовала. Вишенкой на торте была раскиданная одежда и обувь вперемешку с пустыми банками от пива и недоедками в грязной посуде под зычный храп уже отдыхавшей компании строителей(судя по каскам валявшийся в общем коридоре). Перепробовал все замки от свободных номеров, по оплевался и поехал искать другой отель.

nous avons rencontrer un grand problème avec cet hébergement. A notre arrivée (20h) nous sommes arrivés acceuillies (jeunes femmes de 23ans) par une dizaine d’hommes nous proposant alcools forts, et marijuana avant même de savoir où nous installer. Bien sûr, aucun contrôle d’identité quelconque nous a été demandé. Les propriétaires absents nous ont contacté pour nous proposer un numéro de chambre incorrect à deux reprise, nous envoyant donc dans des chambres prises d’hommes à moitié nus, non mécontent de notre visite. Un autre hôte nous a donc donné une autre clef de chambre, en nous disant de faire avec. La salle de bain et tout espaces sont mixtes. L’établissement est perdu dans un endroit sans autre maison proche. C’est donc en rapidité que nous avons trouvé une excuse pour partir de cet atmosphère très inconfortable. Nous avons contacté l’établissement pour leur indiquer notre mécontentement et demander un remboursement, message auquel il nous a répondu être en vacance en Suisse et que ce n’est pas leur problème. Je ne peux aujourd’hui ni être remboursé, ni partager ma colère pour cette situation anormale car la réservation a été annulée a 100% des frais. Cet “hôtel” est une honte, fuyez

Two times they asked us to re-book because they got customers that wanted the room we had booked. Finally they asked us to cancel two days before arrival when we were already on our trip. We had to book a more expensive hotel and they didn't even pay it all back!? When we said it was bad service they complained that they had tried to help us and didn't think it was fair to say it was bad service from them!!? Seriously? We booked a room, we payed, accepted all their crazy changes in our booking and wanted to have a place to sleep. To much to ask from a hotel? Book something else if you have any sense and want a stable booking.
