Our stay at the ART-hotel YUNA||||The hotel is in poor condition. This is a roadside hotel. The building looks abandoned and needs major renovation. The hotel has nothing for a comfortable stay. There are almost never people in the hotel. Mostly people stay overnight until the morning. It feels like it's just a sleepover. The hotel owners are Russian speaking. They don't speak foreign languages. They speak Russian. Communication with them is difficult. The owners squeeze everything they can out of this hotel, since visitors stay there very rarely.|||| When choosing a hotel, you focus primarily on the photographs that are presented in the description and price offer. This played a role in choosing this hotel.||The hotel was booked in advance. We checked in there because dogs were allowed.|||| We had an agreement with the hotel regarding the conditions of our stay - We were immediately informed about the possibility of early departure. Since we were waiting for documents. But when writing the contract, they “forgot” to write this fact.||In reality, everything is not like in the photo. They always post the best photos. Hotel offering short and long term stays.||Our room was originally on the second floor, with a shared shower on the floor. The condition of the hotel is deplorable. The room has a toilet from which water was constantly flowing. Shared shower on the floor. The shower head is faulty and water is pouring out in all directions. Old tiles and old furniture. There is no lamp on the table. There are no people. The public toilets on the ground floor were covered in rust that could no longer be cleaned, and there was a strong smell of sewage; all toilet and shower equipment were stained. Full sanitary condition of the hotel.||||Since the solution to our issue was delayed, after 10 days we had to move to another room, with a separate entrance. We were given 1 key for two. The area here has never been cleaned. I myself cleaned the surrounding area, weeded, trimmed old trees, and removed fallen leaves. Old abandoned diseased trees grow on the territory. Tree branches leaned tightly against the hotel wall. The trees are so neglected that pruning will not do much good.||||The room we were moved into was damp, there were spiders, the floor was full of holes and dirty, the mail was black.||The furniture is old, old. Walls, cabinets, shelves, a dirty mirror and a dirty, unwashed floor in the toilet. The toilet is combined with a shower. Everything was dusty, the walls were dirty green and moldy, the radiators didn't work, the lighting was dim. The floors were almost black with dirt. In the bedroom there was a small window covered with film. The sun bursts into the room only for an hour in the evening. Being in such a room puts a lot of pressure on your psycho-emotional state. There was no washing machine, I did my laundry in a trash can and dried my clothes on a chair outside. There were no necessary kitchen utensils, and what was there was completely unusable and was thrown into the room as garbage. We bought all the pots, mops, rags and cleaning products ourselves. No cleaning equipment. No stove for cooking, only 1 small stove with 1 burner. We bought everything needed for cleaning with our own money.||||The backyard serves as an entertainment area for teenagers.||||Passing cars always stop at the hotel overnight and sleep in their cars until the morning.||Our mail that came to us, the most interesting, in her opinion, letters were opened by the hotel owner.||||The owners and neighbors were watching us. You couldn't even go outside without being noticed; either the neighbors or the owners themselves appeared immediately. For all these “Comfortable living conditions” we paid 400 euros!!!||Fortunately, we received the documents and immediately left the hotel. We had unused days of stay.||We were given a receipt for payment only 2 weeks later, backdated to the day of departure from the hotel. We asked for a refund for unused days, as agreed. But we were refused. They refused to provide us with a document confirming the termination of the residence agreement. We contacted them and did not respond to us in writing.||During our stay at the hotel we felt only discomfort. No amenities for a high price!!||We were deceived!!!||For the same money you can find a great hotel!!!!||Just choose carefully!!!
